CAPI and CATI

CATI is computer-assisted Telephone interviewing; it is a form of CAPI that adds features for telephone call management to the software, but otherwise is similar
At its simplest, CAPI involves the administration of a questionnaire by an interviewer using a laptop computer that is usually taken into the respondent's home or office.
